Draping

• For table massage, the client will be draped using a sheet at all times. Only the area that is being massaged on will be uncovered

• Thai massage is received while clothed and no top sheet is used. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing for your session
  

Health and Safety

• Table and face cradle is disinfected between each client

• Clean linens are used for each session

• If you are showing signs of illness please reschedule

• Please let me know if you’d like us to be masked during your session

Late and No Show policy

• If you are running late please let me know. If you arrive during your allotted time, we will work until the end of your originally scheduled time. You will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointment

• Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment date

• Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged full price for the appointment.

Code of Conduct

• Heidi adheres to the codes of ethics of CAMTC, AMTA, NCBTMB. There is zero tolerance for any violation

• Massage Therapy & Bodywork is a therapeutic health aid and is non-sexual in nature. Any inappropriate behavior will result in an immediate termination of the session, charge for the session in full and the refusal of future services
